Using our Services

You may use our Services for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not misuse them, interfere with how they work, or try to access them in ways we have not intended.

Intellectual property

The Zestloft name, logo, website, and the content and software we create belong to Zestloft Ltd and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Purchases

Paid apps, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by those stores under their own terms.

No warranty

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zestloft Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
